The Inn of Lincoln

I stayed here during a fall foliage trip. They were doing remodeling at the time. Our room wasn't done yet but it didn't matter. It had 2 huge rooms with a kitchenette. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub for two which was really relaxing. The bedroom had a gas fireplace which was nice. It's a old school place that has a cool looking front area. If you want clean and comfortable at a amazing price for what you get, this is the place. It's less then 2 minutes from the The Flume Gorge and not where all the traffic is in town.

Despite some of the bad reviews I saw online about this place, i was a little worried booking a room here, but it was actually pretty nice. The place was defanitely out dated and needed some work but our room was very clean for the most part. Our reason for getting this room was for the jetted tub, and it was well worth it. The fire place didn't work but that's okay. Didn't even attempt the free breakfast it didn't look worth it. The only big downfall to this place is if you have someone staying next to you or upstairs from you, you can hear everything. Once the place is renovated it should be better.

Nice clean room and bathroom. The pool was chilly but nice. The jacuzzi never warmed up it was pretty chilly also. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and informative. **New Hampshire is not a mandatory mask state. It's a personal choice to wear it or not***

Im so glad we stayed here. This place is run by family who was so nice to us. They seen we had an extra kid with us so they upgraded me to a bigger room so everybody could sleep comfortably. The room also had a jacuzzi which of course the the kids loved. The pool was locked but they had no problem opening it up for us several times. We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves which was Awesome! Why would anybody want to stay at the over priced, over crowded places when this place is right here. We go skiing at Loon every year and usually spend huge money on expensive rooms-Never again. This is our new spot. We saved so much money and absolutely loved it here. Do yourself a favor and get a room here.

Nice owners, accommodating. Great location, close to all the attractions & best food & water fun in the area. Pool & hot tub were wonderful. I loved my room for the price, comfy beds, fireplace, & whirlpool tub. Overall great value. Looks like they're undergoing some updates throughout the property. It didn't bother me so much, interested in seeing what this place could be once they are done. A more appealing breakfast would give this place 5 stars!

When I visited the Inn in February, my girlfriend and I were the only guests, which was super cool. The staff was friendly and our room was clean, tidy and warm. There was an issue with the bath tub not draining properly, however that didn't really affect the quality of our stay too much. It was quite a good deal for the money and we would stay there again if we were to head back up to Lincoln.

Only stayed for one night with a friend for Labor Day weekend. It's a great place to sleep over night without breaking the bank. It's a "basic" kind if inn. It's also so close to attractions and the white mountains. It's a bit out dated and could be upgraded here and there and some different adjustments (sinks are not in bathroom, but are in the room). The AC is quite loud and breakfast is more on the go and seating isn't really an option. Likes: -Convenience and price -Parking is spacious -Location Dislikes: -No bathroom in pool area -Placing of sinks in room -Loud AC -Needs to be updated -breakfast lacked

For this price in this area I can't believe this place, I want a clean room and something to relax . This place has it the only thing that would make it better is a more appealing breakfast but I'm not going to complain because it's ridiculous how nice it is. Most hotels at this price have your door directly outside but there is an area that blocks the elements so you don't have to go directly outside to get to the office or vending machine plus a inside pool with hot tub is awesome. Will stay again. And did I mention a clean room and bathroom ? Yes very much so, a little unexpected but gladly so.
